Stretching Training is designed to train participants in techniques to be applied to stretch yourself and / or other people (in groups or individual sessions assisted). The fundamental technique is to be managed global stretching, but will review various techniques that can be used as complementary tools: the trigger points, myofascial stretching, stretching with a Swiss ball, stretching roller, among others. This training is ideal for people who already are working their bodies wishing to deepen their knowledge both practical and theoretical. Improves posture, enhances the ability to breathe, increase joint mobility and balance muscle tone.
